I got a key from a friend for the alpha but when I try to access the migration site, it says there that my account is not available for migration. I thought everyone in the alpha gets beta access. Am I wrong?

If you have trouble changing the installation path, you probably started downloading the game to the default path

  • first you need to uninstall the game
  • after that the launcher will download it to the correct path.

No, you have to uninstall the game from the launcher, then change folder, then download it again.

Had a quick go, yeah no difference to alpha. All my char unlocks and gold gone (reset I guess?). Noticed something called XIGNCODE3 flashes briefly and TSRs - anti-cheat? And yep the alpha still works (with my proper old account).

I can’t start the game
I have downloaded it, but instead of “Play Game” It says “Redeem Key”, when I enter the Key it says that I already own this product.
