I’m in the ‘dutch version’ of Ag ( www.clansilver.tk ) aswell as ETPlayer (Ice-T) and I just want to confirm we ARE NOT ‘easy company’ or Ag, as they call themselves :slight_smile:
I hope you (easy company) will be reasonable and atleast change the ‘Ag’ part of you clanname/tag.
We (Clan Silver) would appreciate it alot if you did so…

Your logic with Ag and Easy company is confusing at best, and its the exact same as another clan. Obviously, no one can force you to change, but if you don’t want people to confuse your clan with that other n00b clan (ET Player’s) clan, i’d change it :smiley: (hehe, j/k real clan silver :banana: )

The polite way to do things, as far as clans are concerned, is that if a clan existed longer they have a certain “right” to the name.
Usually, starting clans are polite and nice enough to drop their name if another clan had it for some time. As of now, I’m wondering if Ag! is polite and nice enough… Sure don’t seem like it.

I wonder if the Ag! leader would find it funny to see one of his member boast as he’s doing in here (of all places). Maybe I should post on their forum linking this thread and asking them if that kind of behavior is normal…

Like i said, no one can force you to change your name, but i would do it so you don’t get confused with the other Ag, which just happened in this thread. Now, i don’t have a periodic table of elements with me, but 101st is the atomic number for silver, whose abbreviation is Ag, and 101st the division Easy company is in…

Well, thats one hell of a connection to try to make. Why not just call yourselves (SE) or something, for Screaming Eagles, which is the nickname of the 101st? Really, is it that hard to change your tag? Your going to get this confusion wherever you go where people keep track of competative clans.
