It is a simple ego problem if you ask me. Just a guy that can’t acknowledge the fact that there are so many ppl that are better than him. If he would do that that would mean that he sucks and his ego would take a big hit. So, his brain makes up a world where everyone who is better than him has to use evil magic etc. to beat him cause if it would all be in a fair environment he would be THE BEST evaaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrgH for sure.
And he is by far not the only one that has this problem.
