I am not joking! He is effecting a business product! It would be like slashing the tires of a trucking company! They are physically coding something that effects other users. The coders bullets are the knife and the simi is the merc. The bullets phyically disrupt a business.

Sue him!!! Gather evidence and make history! You have even more power if you mention something in the NDA or in the I Agree thing that gives SD and their lawyers power to sue if the product is affected for other users… I think that is the key…

Yes they are modifying the product and you might win something in court on those lines but:

You need to go after how that merc effects other users, other clients, other consumers, other customers. They the haxer is effecting the game but more important he is effecting cumtomers and that has to be a huge no no!

You can go into a food plant and **** in the food!

Vote kick should already be enabled on all servers, press F5 to bring the Votekick menu up (It’s in the top left corner)

Regarding FPScoderforce, Nexon could start with filing a copyright complaint against his youtube channel.
As a side note, I’m against cheats but being a total noob myself and playing against you “pros” I can definitely see the appeal for it.

I think it’s mostly “hackers” just preparing+testing their cheats for the near future when the game gets released (and then can make some money) …and perhaps also a few of their close friends and/or customers.

How come some lone indie developer can have a channel shut down within hours of a video going up simply because it displayed a single screenshot of their game, yet a large company like Nexon are completely incompetent and incapable of getting this stuff under control?

The developer you are refering to, is that the scumbag deveoper who did it, just because his game got bad review? The one who got powned by the internet ™ including from TB (https://www.youtube.com/user/TotalHalibut) later? That dev is done. 100% badwill from consumers eyes.

Yes, in general, I agree. Nobody except the cheater developer would get upset for a cheater video getting removed on youtube, since it would hurt his cheat-sales. No-internet-mob would come to the rescue.
