charging pads while down

as a medic, when you are down, waiting for revive, if you died with your pads out - you are able to charge or ‘attack’ with pads

I had that happen as well, I was able to record it (no sound). You can see when I use the pads, as they flash. I didn’t have anyone come near so I couldn’t check if they actually work while down.

This was also actually happening when dying while attacking with a knife (haven’t checked if they fixed that, but probably not).
So sometimes when you die you can hear your knife keeps swinging (even after spawn). If you lie incapped with this sound and someone actually stands on you body, he will receive some knife damage from you. Probably a similar bug, though not totally same.
