Charged up Achievement bug

Type of Bug: Achievement bug
Description: I’m doing what needs to be done to get it, but it doesn’t work.
Video / Screenshot: No point, since there is nothing to show really.
Steps to reproduce: Just try to get the achievement, it doesn’t work for most people nad others just get it at random times.
Result: Achievement doesn’t work
Expected result: Achievement shoud work
Reproduction rate: I tried many times, a lot more than 10.
