Was playing on my lvl 16 engineer tonight,had just finished a game and received a message saying the server had shut down. I was still within the game menu but the options for online play were greyed out. I then exited the game through the game menu and started it back up. It started up as if it were a brand new game my 2 characters, level 16 and 8 are gone. This is completely unacceptible . Is there any way to get them back?

Sorry, for the new thread. Yes it was PC. I have posted in thread that Fireworks linked with my dxdiag.
