Character reset after crash

Hey,

10minutes ago, i got a character reset after a game crash. What can i do? I will not start with level 1 -.-

Hey,

I have the same problem.

I have been disconnected from the server with a message “The server have shut down” smth like this and then the buttons “Campaign”, “Freeplay” and “Challenge” werent available, like in soft grey.

I restarted the game and it asked me to create a new soldier, my old (lvl 17) seems deleted :x

Hey.
I was playing last night trying to find some internet servers to play on in free play mode.
The numbers and letters in the server information were coming up all weird and i couldn’t see how many people were on certain servers because the numbers were all a fuzzy blur. So after joining a bunch of servers with no people in them i got the ****s and started to spam the exit button. Upon doing this my game completely crashed, screen went black and got not responding error. When i came back into the game it was like when i first started the game. my level 18 character was nowhere to be seen… along with campaign progress, achievements and challenges all gone. Please tell me how do i get my character back? This is really frustrating and annoying, i had a lot of fun in the game but bugs like this make me wonder why the game was released so early :S
