Char limit on searches?

I find it annoying when I search for things such as:

t1 error
bsp
map
lua

ETC, and it doesn’t show up. 3 char words are used in alot of threads that people search for, can the limit be changed to 2?

Indeed, search is very restrictive so i find myself using google to search this site more often.

Is this fix still effective?
The forum has been updated so many times in its lifetime it might have been lost.

I’ve search the entire forum for:
FPS
CPU
GPU

No Results. That can’t be right?
