By simply capturing the forward spawn in the beginning half of the map, you get immediate access to the bomb site, and the enemy is forced to tunnel through a choke point, making it extremely easy to blow up the wall. Also, when blowing up the containers, the offensive side has a bit too many options of guarding a plant. a fletcher can easily hit both sites with stickies, one bush sentry can guard both boxes, and a rhino with an aura can simply hide behind a piece of cover on the second level.
Chapel is a bit too easy for offense to win

I think you mean Terminal?
how easy has capturing the forward spawn ever been?. and in my experience capturing it have made attack mostly harder.
the only map that allow capturing of foward spawn is terminal+no bomb site +no container on chapel
