Chapel bus stop black boxes(I have lens flare off)

Used to be i got big boxes on the bus stop when it was intact. Disabling lens flare got rid of that. However now i get smaller boxes once it gets destroyed. My videocard is Sapphire radeon 7850. Any settings that could fix this?

Seeing as I am unable to test this personally due to have a GTX card, could any players try cycling through the settings to see if this is affected by anything else?

I just had the same problem.
Everything is turned on except for motion blur.
