Replacing the “old” pictures? Whats wrong with that? If he feels they need an update, sure why not. There are lots of graphics in ET that could need an update or two.

It seams that you yourself knows one thing or another, so why don’t you tell us? What would be worth putting into a mod?

Clearly this mods name is Chaos and we all know it is “chaos” in some way (not saying it in a negative state), so what can we expect… well maybe this kinds of stuff. And find with that… Can’t see any bad in updating the old graphics… comon :slight_smile:

I really like the sniperscope. It’s more realistic.
I do also like replacing ET’s default files, but with it’s limitations. For example, I do not like the stepsounds being replaced. You should add those replaceable files to download as additional content.

replacing files is pretty fun, and in many cases, gives slightly diffrent feeling to the game.
it’s not a big modification, but not only big things are good, right?

It’s called feedback; It might be a shocking experience for you but that’s what these forums are for.
He’s working on a mod and is currently experimenting with the appearance of the scope. He posted some screenshots and people gave feedback. He listened to the feedback and changed the appearance of the scope. He’s creating this mod by himself, in his spare free time, for the community.

So next time before you post a comment, ask yourself what was your latest contribution to the w:et community?
