Changing name in-game?

Will Dirty Bomb have restrictions on changing your name?
I hope they will make no restrictions at all so we will be able tk change our names at any time to anything in console or menu.
Yes this means people can “namesteal” others but I don’t think this will be a problem, in ET it never was.
