Change weapon model from right to left.

As the title says: is there a way to swap the weapon model from right to left?
Something like this (CS) for example

Probably not possible atm, but if and when its made possible I’d like an option to hide the gun totally, like cg_Drawgun 0 does in q3 engine games.

Pretty sure there is not, but it would be nice to have.
