Hi!
Pls disable change team options after game start, because all high level players join the same band and low level players no win… sorry for my english, have a nice day^^

You have a shuffle teams vote option, anyone and everyone can start this vote, you could start it, then if it doesnt go through another person on either team could start another.

Last resort is just leave, theres no reason not to leave at that point, the low amount of credits at end of a match is not worth the annoyance of being spawn camped, or steam rolled. Better to leave and try another match somewhere else.

I do think though that dirty bomb should have a bunch more level restricted servers, for under lvl 10, then 10-20, then 20+, just two or three servers for each tier would be really nice.
