change head for naked model?

do anyone know a way to change head for naked models?
to change the head skin should be enough!

any1 have a idea?

Did you take look in the characterdefs found in pak0.pk3, e.g. in the folder “characters/temperate/allied”?

sure, but there is no diffrence between head naked and with cloths -
et have normally only 1 head model!
but i need a 2nd…

why would head model change, not like it wears clothes

thats true - but all models wearing meat :slight_smile:

the problem is -
i wanted to do that model as soldier - but then if a covert steal the uniform the covert head stays and the body change - as covert model it works - only hud is not changing (doesn t matter for NQ)
but the better way is a complete changed head…
