Ability 1: Cauterizing Station(Deploy-able)
Using Heat, this station heals 65 HP to everyone inside the AOE every 3 seconds, different from aura, who has a constant wave of healing, but is less potent per second.

Ability 2: Cryo-Defibrilators(Active)
With a longer range than normal defibrillators, the special “Cryo Battery” of the ability have a 5 second cool down, the paddles have a higher revive health cap than normal defibrillators, but a slower charge rate than normal paddles when with the Cryo Battery is recharged.

Ability 3: Supportive Patch(Context)
When Deployed on a teammate, the patch regens 30 health each second, as long as the target doesn’t take damage, which then a 1.5 second refresh is placed until the buff restarts. once deployed, the ability has a 6 second cool down until it can be placed on a second target. you can only have two teammates with it at once.

Appearance: Celsius has brown hair, is moderately muscular, has a decent beard, and has police armor, as well as casual attire underneath, like a light coat or long sleeve shirt and jeans.

Lore: Lucas (Celsius) Mason was a 21 year old student studding thermodynamics abroad for a year in Sweden. during that year, the dirty bomb accident in London, and the rise of mercenaries, and of MERCserv employing them drawed him in, he started developing his special cauterization station, Cryo-Defibs., and the supportive patch, to make him a great addition to any team.

the gun does 15dmg, that means its more OP than Timik and M4 thats already pretty fast

I guess the RPM can be set as 430, slightly faster than the Blishlok, that sets it where it should be.

he is designed to be male, with my 3 merc ideas that i had a bit ago, 2 out of the three were female, this is to balance it to 2 male, 2 female of my main ideas for mercs.

While I see the intent of the merc, it comes across as an aura with better weaponry and worse healing. I don’t feel we need more than one aura.

On that note, however, the idea of a merc which consistently heals a single teammate in a strong way, even out of line-of-sight is terrifying. I can see newer players just healing the lv 78 player in a server and getting second place on their team.

Single-player healing is a bit of an awkward design, if the cool down isn’t low enough to force a player to constantly move those heals around. We want players to heal as many as possible: not just one on a team as the rest are running around with 20 hp and screaming ‘medic’.

one way to balance it out is have a cool-down on when you can put it on a teammate, that is unique for each teammate. or have it where it gets less effective as it is placed on a teammate, encouraging more distributed heals and some more attention to who is low on health, and the station is meant for the whole team, when the single target is on cool-down for them, so if the team has one healer, they aren’t deprived from heals like if the sparks is solo-healing and ran out of med packs and a rhino is on half health.
