No, really. Look at the gun design and the mag size. It’s exactly the same, and all they need to do it buff the damage a bit and it’ll hopefully be fine. Or treat it like a revolver and don’t spam it. Maybe you’ll land more shots…

.45 doesn’t actually provide that much penetration power over 9mm. Both will go through helmets just fine and both are stopped by proper ceramic.
