Are we going to see an increase percentage to other card types in the in-game currency cases? I’m currently around my 17th Lead IN-A-ROW and really just want to say R.I.P keyboard. (Would give me another reason to buy a new one anyway.) Thing is, Leads are so common it’s beginning to become frustrating to look at cases let alone open them now, I’ve landed right next to golds, a cobalt and a few silvers, just to be let down with lead after lead.
CASES!!!
It’s meant to be a gamble, this is why there are mechanics such as Trade Ups so you can turn your leads into irons, your irons into bronzes, etc… don’t worry about that at the beginning and what you should do is save up 17,500 credits and buy a bronze loadout from the store… you get exactly what you need and it’s the best tier(silver, gold, and cobalt only add cosmetic differences).
Were the percentages increased then getting something like a cobalt wouldn’t be as rare and as such, not as special. It’ll also reduce the value of Elite Cases. But all in all, don’t worry about what you get in cases, it’s not important at the beginning.
[EDIT]: This thread should be in General Chat instead of Off-Topic as it pertains to Dirty Bomb and it’s mechanics in one way.
My bad, the mouse wheel must have rolled after clicking the list, I should have also paid attention to that and made sure it was right.
I also have 2 silvers, a few bronze and Alienware cards, I do trade up for better cards.
For the rarity of Cobalt, that can remain the same, I just think Leads need to drop 5 - 10 percent and Iron needs to rise by that amount. It’s ridiculous as to how many Lead cards I’ve received in a row and others I ask say they haven’t had the issue as they’ve been getting a few Irons.
I personally hate it when I land right next to a gold, silver, or a cobalt. Like really!!! It’s like the CS:GO update where you can get baited by a knife, it blows. Not only does being baited suck, cases aren’t even fun anymore, I get a case and I open it, that’s it not fun at all. I expect a lead card and I get a lead card.
