How do you get cases is it amount of games or completly random?

The amount of games feels random so far. But they’re not that rare as far as I know. I usually oftenly get one per two hours of play.

I think they said on their stream around every 3-4 matches, but sometimes i get them after 2 games in a row… so dunno
