Case-A-Day Not Working, No Free Cases!

I should have 2 by now and I have none. Every single time there is a free case or trinket or whatever else it never works for me and I have to wait weeks for them to get fixed and finally show up. I’m sick of this, I play for the case and get nothing, whats the point anymore?!?

i also haven’t received any cases. Hilariously, when coming back to mainmenu from a game the red item icon (indicating i have something new) flashes for a very short moment, but i find nothing.

I also didn’t get a case today (23rd), played 5 days, got 4 cases.

Anyways, seems like this bug doesn’t happen every time. I got one since the event started except for today.

I never dropped my case after the first game (4th or more). And yesterday (23) I didn’t get it after 2 hours of playing.
