when targeted with a targeter similar to kira’s satellite targeter, but that fires a targeting dart, and when used, rains a barrage of bullets from aerial drones that covers the area in flat damage, the barrage lasts about 2.5 seconds, where a 1x1 square would have been given 150 damage approx.

Not horrible at all. It sounds like a Skyhammer reskin, ability wise, though making this carpet bomb do half the damage but twice the duration may set it apart enough: especially if it’s in multiple sweeping waves of bullets to cover a larger area with slightly less damage.

You’d have to give a clear indication of where it would land, however, if it’s to be considered ‘fair’.

think of the size of the ability as the size of terminal’s objective 1, where it can hit the area around it to stop someone planting or defusing. it would also have some slant, hiting any near roofed areas too, like if it was planted next to a tunnel, it could hit those people. it also can do damage like the airstrike markers where it can be used like a grenade, but it isn’t an AOE, but rather like a bullet.
