Everytime I trade up for a bronze, or higher, loadout card, and the merc I trade up for has a BR-16 as a primary, I would always get a loudout with said weapon. ALWAYS: http://forums.dirtybomb.nexon.net/discussion/11286/rng-is-a#latest

Counted all the cards for mercs that have access to BR-16. Out of 5 of the total cards, 4 of them had BR-16 loadouts; 3 for Fragger, and 1 for Kira. That’s a goddamn 20% to not get a loadout with a BR-16. :neutral:

I usually one ever 1 one cobalt fly by. Now and then I land near them, but not that often. Besides, your card is determined the moment you open the case. If you hit skip there is none of that additional drama.

I got sick of RNG, I just hit skip now. Once I missed a silver by one. Unboxing has never been the same since.
