Can't Sign Up for The Beta?

Im not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I might as well.
Every time I try to sign up for the beta, the window just says the email has already been entered.
Is this a glitch or am I doing something wrong?

that would seem to indicate you applied for beta earlier and missed the reply as it may have gone to spam folder

I also tried creating a completely new email, but I get the same response

Yes that happens to almost everyone I think. Take it as a confirmation that yes it went through. It happened to me when I applied and I got in.
