Can't Sign In

I installed the game last night and I continue to get the error “Sign in could not be completed.” I verified the game install a few times and it’s always fine. I uninstalled and re-installed the game and that didn’t help either. I tried turning off my ESET Smart Security firewall and anti-virus and that didn’t help. I tried typing “`” and “disconnect” a few times like someone said on the forums, but that didn’t do anything either.

Seems like quite a few people have this issue and nothing has ever been said or done about it. Any new ideas for me to try?

Everything that has been said about this error ends with open a ticket with Nexon Support. I would suggest you do the same.

They are very helpful in support tickets. You tell them the name of your anti-virus/firewall and that you already tried disabling them, they send a reply asking you to try disabling them and if that doesn’t work to send them the name of your anti-virus/firewall.
