Cant see Extraction beta forum...

I’ve been away for a while and I thought I would check the status of dirtybomb. I saw that I should migrate to the beta but when I try to create a nexon account I never receive the confirmation email.

What gives?

Is there anyone that can give me access to Nexon forum a mail to admin or something or maybe they all dead there…

If you’ve got an account over there then login and submit a support ticket.

DeV-xC that’s my account, forum; no idea should be the same. Can’t check because I can’t login, can’t login because my account those not exist.

Had quite a lot of trouble getting to the forums too, since the main page for Extraction is heavily bugged (only clickable link avaible for me was the Youtube-link-icon).
I was luckily able to find the needed URLs and such when I accidentally stumbled to the supprt-site.
Here’s the direct quotation:

Forum Access

Please follow these steps to gain access once you have registered your Closed Beta key through the launcher:

Register your Beta Key to your Nexon Launcher account.
Log into the forums at http://forums.nexon.net/extraction.
Create a user profile in the top left hand corner where it says “Create your forum name”.
Once you have created a forum name you may have to wait up to fifteen minutes for your access to be granted to the forums.

If you have trouble accessing the forums after using these steps, please wait fifteen minutes, clear your browser cache and cookies, and attempt to access the forums again. Large server loads during the early period of beta may delay the processing of your forum access. We ask for your patience and recommend that you keep trying every few minutes.

If you still cannot access the forums after the troubleshooting then please submit a ticket to us at http://support.extraction.nexon.net

Did you get this from the Beta forums? If so, its technically under NDA… (im pretty sure at least)

Who is still having issues?

Remember, you have to wait 15minutes after registration and you need extraction redeemed in the launcher!

And as a side note:
There was a fix implemented for this issue previously, which resolved the issue for most users, but it seems to still be affecting a small group of users. We are currently still investigating the issue for those users.

If anyone still encounters issues accessing the forums after they create a forum name, report it to us by submitting a ticket with our support team at http://support.extraction.nexon.net/.

I have an issue… No one even bother to respond to my ticket since 12/28/2013 1:56 AM PDT and forum yea still can’t login… also can’t play the game anymore but can’t say why here right… AWESOME…

I have been invited to the beta through an unnamed third party (NDA and all that). In the process of filling out the registration profile (that didn’t feature a back button), I failed to download the installer. If I can provide proof I have a key, can I get a link for the installer? I’m assuming this would most likely be through a PM. I have already contacted the support team of the third party, but no response yet.

No need for PM, grab launcher from here: http://games.nexon.net/nexonlauncher/

If you’ve got a key add it to the launcher and it’ll let you install the game, at least this will get you started whilst waiting for a response from the support team, because you’ll probably want to make sure you’re registered properly with them also.

“Unfortunately I cannot give you access to the Warchest closed Beta forums. You will need to contact Warchest support to have them add your account if you should be eligible.”

Ehmmmm.

Can some clarify current situation for me? Which support should I ask for access?

You should be all set - check the main forum page for the beta feedback forums.
