a friend of mine wants to start mapping and cannot save the map.
this is the error he always gets:
ERROR: couldn't open D:/Program Files/Wolfenstein - Enemy Territory/main/maps/Test1No brushes selected.
for write
any ideas?
hes running radiant as admin, and weve already tried to run it in compatibility mode, simulating XP SP2.
nobody an idea? 
im pretty sure some1 already had that problem, although i couldnt find something on google…
yup that too.
doesnt really matter what he uses, it gives the same error all the time.
I’ve had problems where when I saved a map, it didn’t give any error whatsoever, it just didn’t save it!
If I did save as, and selected the desktop, save etc… then it just wasn’t there… very weird.
I switched to radiant 1.5 cause I never found a fix…
umm mine works prefectly under teh compatibility tab check disable visual themes, disable desktop composition and disable display scaling on high DPI settings
or at least thats what i did and it works… besides running as admin in compatibilyt mode
EDIT:actually mine is 1.5 =P i tried it on 1.4 and no -_-’
