Cant reset my account?

I bought and played a Little DB some while ago, and since then it has moved on to Nexon.
I know there was something about moving the account over, most likely something I havent done, but now I cannot login and I cannot reset my password.

Can someone help me get back into my account?

Perhaps you might want to drop the solution to your problem in this thread in case someone else has the same issue in future :)?

I’m guessing that you had to find an FAQ/old email that linked to the transfer process?
