Since the latest patch came out game history has changed and you can no longer view other players that were in the match leading to being unable to report someone. At this point in time Dirty Bomb has no report system.

Hey there. If you want to report someone directly to SD, head over to support.dirtybomb.com and submit a ticket with evidence. There is a much higher chance someone at SD will take action if you go this avenue.

That doesnt change the fact that the in game report system is broken

This is still possible, though a little more hidden. At the scoreboard, right click the profile picture of a player to open the options.
