When i go in it sits there like i’m going to spawn then just stays there is there anyway to fix this or a way to lower the graphics any lower? i really want to play.
Can't play anymore
I think you have to be more specific then that. It’s very unclear what your problem is. Perhaps make a video of it?
There are already some posts on this forum just search for FPS DROP and INI and Gfx something.
you will find something for tweaking the options a bit more than in game.
Here’s what i could find.
4 GB DDR
500 GB hard drive
AMDEI-2500 accelerated processor
AMDRADEON HD 8240 Graphics

Processor looks like the main culprit.
Description: Socket: FT3, Clockspeed: 1.4 GHz, No of Cores: 2, Max TDP: 15 W
Other names: AMD E1-2500 APU with Radeon™ HD Graphics
Minimum:
OS: Windows XP or better
Processor: 2.33 GHz Dual Core
Memory: 3 GB RAM
Graphics: 512MB - GeForce 7800GTX or better
DirectX: Version 9.0
Network: Broadband Internet connection
Hard Drive: 5 GB available space
Sound Card: Generic Sound Card
nope, well under even minimum spec for CPU, surprised it runs at all
my phone has a 1.2 Ghz Quad Core, it would prolly run it better
Not very well, that is certain. And it is a laptop, so I would expect an overheat if it is trying. He already has his settings to absolute lowest he knows how. And when the airstrikes start flying… I’d be shocked if he doesn’t drop to less than 10 frames/crash.
I would suggest a new/different PC.
Probably more trouble than it is worth. I did some research and at least on newegg I could only find the FT3 socket processors bundled with a motherboard. All of the processors are fairly good at saving power and running quiet, but not very powerful at all. This type of processor/mobo was not designed to be a gaming system from the looks of it.
I really would suggest going for a new system over upgrading your current one. If that isn’t an option, upgrading is possible, but if you can’t find a CPU with the right socket (BGA769 (FT3)) you will need to replace the mobo and cpu.
be patient, don’t drop a whack of cash just yet. Wait and see how the next few game optimization passes work out, may be hope yet, although your CPU is below minimum spec so don’t expect a huge change
