Can't play any game

I found a problem which made me crazy…
Every time I running RAD, there seems are 18 battles available in main screen


But there isn’t anything when I check it…


Additionally, I can not start a new game because the system told me I have too many games.
May I ask that how can I solve the issue in this case?
I can’t play any game because of it for several days… :rolleyes:

did you update it — and “this” occured afterwards?

i seem to have a “bug”, it’s nearly the same thing
all games i had opened / i was playing are now with “downloading content” and the arrow down to the circle but they don’t load ( moving thing)
same goes for 3/4 of the challenges.

all came after the update.
to mention is, that my iTunes f***** around with “this computer is not authorised for this app… click “store” “activate this computer” " and then " this computer is activated already”…
for this **** it was removed once after the update and i had to put it back on…
so if the stuff ( games/ friends/ challenges…) are saved on the device /app ( i am not so used to scripting and stuff) this would be the problem but since it is always loading / downloading i would guess it’s saved on the account …

well, hope you may fix that somehow.

Yep, it was happened after updated.
I’ve tried that re-installed the app but it didn’t work.

Anyway, thanks for your information :slight_smile:

Oh ok it seems to get “ok” right now…

I’ve disabled every auto-shut-off stuff and plugged in the power-cable and let it just “load” … it seems that it just needed some time.
now 50% of the games are loaded / i see the enemys, his level, his name+picture, the map and the squad points…

i dunno if you did something but thanks anyway guys:)

I hope yours will be fixed too or “auto-fix” itself somehow :slight_smile: good luck david31

Out of interest, do multiple RAD Soldiers accounts use your install of the game?

Who do you mean?

if it’s me, yes … my brother has to play on the same device as me, he has a windows phone but likes the game just as much as i do.

is that what you mean with “install of the game” ?

this was no problem yet btw… well, untill the update

Yeah, using multiple accounts in the game is what I meant (high-five, Windows Phone buddy btw :)). We’re still investigating this issue, but that seems to be a common element of it.
