Cant launch the game

Ive just installed the game, but it doesnt launch properly. After I open the client, the logo at bottom right appears. when its fully loaded, another logo appears at the middle of my screen. and then nothing happens. Please help me. Ive already tried disabling the anti virus, but it still doesnt work. Here is the image link of the processes from my taskmanager.
