Can't launch the game after latest update.

Hi!

I can’t launch the game from steam anymore it worked great before that patch and I am on W10.

Things I’ve tried to make it work:
-Deleting the config folder (it recreates a new, default, one afterwards).
-Verify cache.
-Reinstalling the game.
-Shutting of firewall and anti-virus.
-Running Steam as admin.
-Running Dirty Bomb as admin.
-Running Steam in W7 compability mode
-Running Dirty Bomb in W7 compability mode

And the only thing I’ve “done to my computer” since then is playing MGS5 Phantom Pain.
So I have no idea what to try.

I have no idea why, but it’s working now.

What I did?
I reinstalled the game again and then proceeded to reboot the computer before even trying to launch the game.
