Hi guys been trying to get into DB to check out the new update since yesterday. No matter what I try I get “Application could not be launched. (Error: 5)” from the Nexon launcher.
Also if I try to open D:\Nexon\dirtybomb\appdata\Binaries\Win32\ShooterGame-Win32-Shipping.exe directly, I get this Windows error: “Insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service.” (the game ran fine prior to this update, and this error still occurred even after a fresh reboot with 5gb+ ram free)
I tried reinstalling the game twice, uninstalling game/Nexon launcher and making sure both were wiped and then reinstalling everything, and I get the same result.
Nexon launcher downloads the game and then it continues to “check files” forever. Today after letting it go all night it didn’t say that and I thought it might have just been really slow, but still got error 5 and then it went back to saying “Dirty Bomb - Checking Files” on the bottom of the launcher.
anyone else get this / have any idea what it means or how to fix? Thanks in advance for any help
