Can't get textures after a decompile

I created a map a while back and lost the .map file for it, but a friend had the .bsp. i decompiled the .bsp only to find that all the textures were gone. Is there any way to decompile and retain texture info? I have q3map2 2.5.5 and gtk radiant 1.3.11.

Get version 2.5.6 of q2map2 and use the “-convert -format map” directive. For further instructions on how to decompile bsp files with q3map2, I suggest you do a search because this has been answered before.
