I registered dirty bomb in my steam library and played it yesterday (which is weird that Korea isn’t the service area, yet i tried, game worked pretty well.)
But today, I can’t find dirty bomb in my steam library. Any solution?

I’m surprised you were able to obtain access. :o It is probable that a new ban on your location was put in to motion after the conclusion of your gaming session, considering the fact that the game was really tailored to be played in USA, EU and AUS mainly. However, I doubt that as I feel it might’ve required a patch of sorts. Try to re-download and install it.
Got exact same problem here.
At the first day I fired up DB Close beta and seeing there are only US & EU servers to play with I thought ‘maybe it’s just because the beta is still in launching state since it took them that long to get it on Steam already.’
But now as more saying suggest this close beta is US and EU only, all my expectation and excitement are splashed out.
If this is a beta that close down to both invitational only (key holders only) and enlisted regions only, they should notify at the very first beginning instead of just a big “SIGN UP FOR THE BETA” button then some fields to fill with.
I felt misinformed or even humiliated at some point. Hope this will prove to be a bug or server error.
@NSE I would really just recommend that you re-install the application.
Good luck mate!

The game appears to be disappeared completely from the Steam library. And my 10 years of Steam experiences told me it did not went by accident, 9 out of 10 cases like this, it’s a REMOVAL from Steam’s administration. :c
=====
Update: Yea… seems like that was it. Removed means no Dirty Bomb you can click on to re-arm it. Achievement unlocked: Clean Un-installed :\
I live closer to US East than South America, so dont tell me to go “play in my region”, US East IS my closest region, even if I don’t live in the USA.
Specificity of the developers is easily understandable. Language barriers make team play more difficult, people playing from far distances tend to increase the lag present in matches making it unbearable. But of course, there is always a chance that this game can expand to further regions!
The game is coming to south america, but its being published by a very bad publisher (Axeso5)
Also, I get 80 ping on US East, and like 200 ping on South America (when it gets released)
“people playing from far distances tend to increase the lag present in matches making it unbearable” is not an excuse.
Huh, dunno why it’s due to I rebooted my machine or what, but I just found it came back up in my Steam library. But as you can see in the linked image below, ‘play’ button isn’t in where it normally supposed to.
Meaning: Steam admit you got the game as your subscription but prohibit access due to reason in its case, which would normally be a pre-ordered but yet released item showing up in your Steam library.
Hmmm… that is a bit peculiar. When you right click Dirty Bomb in that left side bar, what options do you get?
In my case:

Now that is really odd indeed. The game also disappeared from my library last night, checked this morning it was still gone, will have a look again later today and see if it also mysteriously reappeared again, although I wouldn’t get my hopes up with my bad luck I seem to experience on a consistent basis -_-
Yeah, living in Russia, game has disappeared from my Library list. Is there any way around that silly restriction? Why hide it?
In my case:
Same thing.
So it seems as if Steam is making it appear as if you never even downloaded it. My last hint would be to try to do the entire process of activating DB download by entering the steam key obtained via email into the area you did to first start playing the game (The Activate a Product on Steam button). Other than that I can assist you no further. Particularly cause, if the Nexon/Splash Damage corporation wishes to keep this game region restricted, far be it from me to try to defy their aspirations.
All I can say is hope that it is released in your region within the next few months (if it does really well) or move to USA or Europe, or perhaps my favorite, Australia. It’s nice all year around. B)
Good luck to you mates!

They region locked the game.
Thanks for your time. But I feel it’s no use to try as I’ve been using Steam this long. Product-key, Redeem-code, CD-key or whatever you would like to call them, they are all one-time-use only when it comes to online DRM that bound the corresponding item to an account like Steam in these days.
If not always, generally, keys that can be used for registration to either activate one’s product, or grant one the access to the product he legally obtained would typically be something like Microsoft Office, such product that doesn’t bound its accessibility to an account upon the key registration is made.
Simple words: If the key is represents an item and that item will be legally and successfully bound to an account so only that specific account that claimed the legit ownership of the corresponding item, the key will be useless for others, meaning no longer reusable beyond that point.
If not, hence the key is used to granting access, green lit the installment, or fired up the corresponding product - then only in such case a key/code/combination can be used multiple times due to the mechanic made it so (used for re-install, same owner different machine, etc.)
Don’t know why I put all this time into this. Guess it’s just because it’s Friday night in my region. :\
Still, hope others who have ran into the same problem could be clearly informed in advanced so we could at least turn the key we received to a better use. Exchange for goodies (in fair ofc), or give the key to people like live streamers who can contribute to Dirty Bomb’s community as well as its future prosper.
NSE signing out.
It’s region locked, Goodbye dirtybomb, was fun while it lasted.
