Can't even download the game...

I downloaded Nexon Launcher today , put my key in. Tried downloading got some weird error and than I was like “Hey why don’t I try hitting the uninstall on the gray sprocket”. Only made it worse. Now I can’t even download the game NOR IS THERE A GRAY SPROCKET ANYMORE. Now I just have dirty bomb’s stupid picture sitting there and it says I own it but I can’t download or do anything to it but stare blankly at the picture on the launcher.

You’re supposed to download it on steam.

Put the key into steam and see what happens.
If not you can email customer support with proof you had the key and they might replace it
