Can't Drag Loadout cards whilst trying to recycle, Please help :(

for some reason i cannot drag loadout cards to be recycled. To be clear, i have had this problem before but there were various ways of getting around it so an alternative to dragging the cards when recycling would also be helpful. Please help me out,

same thing here, trying to reinstall to see if that helps in any way. will post back the results

reinstall and it should work fine. Just did this myself. Right click on dirty bomb in your steam library > delete local content > find dirty bomb in the store and reinstall.
