So which regions are locked ?
I come from the South Pacific and im blocked as well though New Zealand is unlocked ?

l live in France (Reunion Island, a french territory) and the download is not starting when i click on play, it says
Checking for updates
Scanning for steam game updates

and then nothing happens…
I already tried updating steam, reinstalling etc …
Nothing worked and i’m on windows 8.1

PS : i have tested with other games , and it works, it launches the installation…

I feel like this might be related to the restricted regions list due to your physical location. Might be an error by the region block system to lock you out or they might not actually have the rights for that geographical area.

Any update on the region lock in Hong Kong? A lot of my friends are looking forward to it.
