Can't deliver in Redeye's smoke

can’t deliver objectives such as on the end of terminal if you are in redeye’s smoke

Ran into the same issue trying to revive people, but I figured that was a mechanic

I thought so too but you can repair in the smoke fine so I figured repairing requires more focus so if you can repair you should be able to deliver
