can't create a second brush

(ongeboren) #1

I just created my first brush… It is a box, that has to be playing the role of the floor. I can’t create a second brush… The first one is still selected and if I left-slick on the window, I can modify the size of the this first brush.

If I press ESC, the box that I just created dissapears…

I understand my question is quite stupid and obvious for many of you but i’m still stuck on that one.

Thanks

p.s. The name “brush” is also quite confusing for people that ever worked with photoshop and autocad… The “brush” there has a slightly different meaning.

for how long did you do this ? do you know how to navigate the 3d window ?
do you see anything in the 2d window ?

Make sure you have nothing filtered.

pressing escape should deselect whatever brush or brushes you currently have selected, not delete them. the backspace key is the default delete key for radiant. In the 2d window you should see a red box when its selected then when you press escape and deselect it, it should turn black.
