“12012 empty or malformed surfaces deleted” sounds like there is a problem with the brushes. Try running the bobtoolz Brush Cleanup plugin of GtkRadiant.

already tried. without it,radiant kept giving me node with unbounded volume error :frowning:

remake the most complex modified brushes

node with unbounded volume is if i remember correct if your brush has a concave part…
which usually is impossible… the usual brushes are cuboids => convex
BUT i am NOT sure

this may sound stupid… but i fixed it by selecting all brushes and making a copy of them (ofcourse i removed old ones first)… :lol:
