Can't chat when dead

The keybinds for say and teamsay don’t work when dead, however you can still send messages from the console.

looks like they will never fix such stuff … multiple times reported but nobody care… but we will get some new eyecandy…

I’m happy to say that that’s not the case at all. While we may not respond to every report, and can’t necessarily get the issues fixed immediately, your reports definitely get them popped on the backlog. Continuing to bring up the bugs pokes us to look poke other people to find how where they’re at.
