Cant change username?

I see the “Change Username” button in my preferences… But when i try to change “_KsG_Randomdeath5” to “Randomdeath” The site says “Server Error” and never changes it… I was recently kicked from KsG and i want to change my name :c

Download the Nexon launcher, log-in and change your name there. Worked for me after months of trying to change the forum username.

If the screen goes white and the URL shows your new name, but nothing actually changes, the solution is to delete your cookies and try again. Its a sticky in the bug forum and worked for me.

@Borganism All my cookies? Or just cookies related to this site? I have a lot of them and it would suck to forget that i deleted them… I will admit i have forgotten a password or two and those cookies have saved my bacon multiple times

@Jostabeere Nexon launcher…? Why would that have an effect on my forum name?

Because it’s not only your forum name, but also the Nexon account profile name.
I had them name laudatoryLunch for a long and when I tried to change it, it never did. I asked @Faraleth and he told me to download the launcher and change my name there.
I did so and it worked.
