Can't bring up the Developer Console?

With the new update, my long jump bind has been removed, and I can no longer bring up the Developer Console. Is this intentional?

Settings -> Languages -> Enable Developer Console.

I’ve enabled the Developer Console in the settings, and I still cannot bring it up. Peculiar…

EDIT: Verifying the game cache fixed the issue. Doh
