I have this problem with radiant 1.2.11 that I did not have with the older version. When I create a func_group, or anything else made up of multiple brushes, I cannot move this entire group as a whole by simply selecting one piece of this group. In the 2d editor window, the group is defined by blue lines, but I can only move the piece of this group that I select. What can I do to fix this problem, other than going back to an older version of radiant?

The group/individual brush selection keys were switched around at some point (so shift now selects individual brushes by default, and alt selects the entire group).
You can switch it back again in prefs if you prefer the old way round (I do), but I can’t remember the menu it’s hidden in - it’s something obscure and I can’t check because I’m at home right now, sorry 
If you haven’t sussed it by monday I’ll take a look then from work, unless someone else can help in the meantime.

hmm… i think I have it now
its not just alt to select the entire group, its alt and shift
no big deal, as long as I can move the entire group
