Cannot login in to game -your account has been suspended

This is insane. After I spent lots of euro into this game to purchase most of the mercs and over 70 hours, i cannot since today login to game? My account has been suspended??

So Iam probably cheater now or what the h–ll? Whats goin on?
I dont have any third party programms installed, even no sandboxie or even no fraps running.

I will await

  1. account back or
  2. money back

I dont give a sh… . I spent money and you took account from me without reason with message to visit some forum topic which is closed.

I will use all legal tools regarding this. This is fraud to take money from players and afterwards mark them as blatant cheaters.

i opened yesterday support ticket regarding meney back i purchased fletcha instead nader. So this is why they suspended my account??

Top right there is this large button saying Support you might want to steer your anger/complaint in that direction, they can propably answer/help you because quite frankly this forum can’t. (You gotta talk with them anyways, since they are also the adress for refunds)

In case you are telling the truth, this is a little worrying, because I got kicked by the new anticheat, for no reason, earlier today.

I don’t want to:

A ) Be falsely marked as a cheater.

B ) Lose my account with a lot of time and money put into it.

C ) Be dealing with DBs horrible copy paste customer service.

However, if you were cheating, and got caught, and you’re just acting innocent…

I was never kicked off the game before. no reason was for that. I saw threads regarding this problem or other programms causing false detections. i had never installed such apps on my pc. till yesterday all was OK.

i can login to game with my secondary account but not with primary. So primary account which i use for pubs is banned and second which i use for kills only and competetive is working?

if i had unsupported applications on my pc i guess both accounts would be suspended because AC is scannig files and history. right?

I would suggest opening a ticket with Nexon Support. They will be able to help you a lot more then the forum can. And I am fairly certain nobody would be banned for requested a refund. They would just be told yes or no.

Either way, the GMs who answer the tickets can do a lot more then we can.
