cannot enter game anymore sign in failed !

Hi,
i played this game for a couple of days now until this morning, i stopped playing and come back later today, impossible for me to enter the game, i got sign in failed message:

what i did:

disable firewall
clear temp files
repair windows register
verify intégrity of the game with steam
restart windows
trying to launch as admin

all those above failed !!! wtf ?

i had never a problem with the game, cannot play anymore

HELP pls !!!

It’s a very tiring issue that was reported months ago - and it happens (for me, at least) every time there’s a new update. I’ve given up bothering with fixing it every time, but, if memory serves, you need to:

[s]- Give full access to the ShooterGame-Win32-Shipping.exe file in your …\Steam\SteamApps\common\Dirty Bomb\Binaries\Win32 folder.

  • Restart your computer. On reboot, immediately turn off your antivirus/firewall before anything else.
  • Go to steam (I’m assuming), and start up Dirty Bomb.
  • Hopefully, you should get in. You can then turn on your antivirus/firewall again, and safely reboot your computer afterwards… …until the next patch.[/s]

Found the fix I used to get it working in an earlier thread:

same thing the update they did seams to have broken the game already tried to Verify integrity of game cache but that didn’t do anything redownloading game now maybe work hopefully

re downloading didn’t work either i still cant log in

Edit: Fixed (for me anyway) i had the wrong date set for my PC so it would not let me sign in fixed now that it is set at correct date.

yes that fixed it for me ! but its not simple for everyone doing this everytime after update

Tried all of the above, both me and my friend who lives 20 minutes away from me seem to be having the same issue :frowning:
