I was wondering if you can get Fragger as a starting Merc?

If you mean starting off with him as a free, permanent choice, then sadly nope.

However, there IS that one giveaway for Fragger keys happening here: http://www.pcgamer.com/watch-the-full-dirty-bomb-e3-trailer-and-get-a-free-mercenary/ . You may be late to the party, but see if you can be lucky enough to snag a key.

EDIT: Turns out I have an extra Fragger code. I PM’d it to you. :smile:
