Redeemable steam code or something?
Sorry I’m at work for another 5 or so hours, so I can’t check.
Can’t remember how steam works it with the mercs and loadouts purchasing.
Got a mate getting into the game, was thinking about buying him a few things to get him started up a bit quicker.
If you could, that would translate to more sales for SD and more money for them!

Unfortunately you currently cannot. Although you could purchase a Steam Wallet Code and send this friend the Card’s Code through however you might contact them (Steam’s Messaging System). They could then enter the code in themselves.
Though with this option you run the risk of them turning around and purchasing other items beyond just the merc/loadouts. Keep in mind, with this option you’d be expelling a minimum of $20.
